Because every magnet is custom-made from your personal photos, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@holdstillco.com and we will make it right — no questions asked.

Please note: We print exactly what you submit. For the best results, use a clear, well-lit photo taken in good lighting. Blurry or low-resolution images will print as-is — so choose your favorite shots carefully!
