Welcome to Hold Still Co. By placing an order on holdstillco.com, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Custom Products All magnets are made to order using photos you provide. By submitting your photos, you confirm that you have the right to use them and authorize Hold Still Co. to print them.

Payment Payment is collected at checkout. We accept all major credit cards through Shopify's secure payment system.

Photo Submission You are responsible for submitting clear, high-quality photos. We print exactly what you provide. No refunds will be issued due to poor image quality.

Shipping Orders ship within 5–7 business days after photo submission. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Refunds Because all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, contact us within 5 days at hello@holdstillco.com and we will resolve it.

Privacy Your photos are used solely to fulfill your order and are never shared or sold. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
